MYPINPAD’s Board of Directors and Leadership Team represent a wealth of entrepreneurial, security and fintech expertise and experience.
An innovator in the IT industry for over 20 years initially developing one of the world’s first electronic top up platforms for prepay mobile phones. Justin has completed projects with Telco’s around the world and in 2002 Justin co-founded eNett International, a multi-billion dollar payment processing company, today considered the world leader in the travel payments sector. Justin founded MYPINPAD in 2012 after developing the core intellectual property and is currently integrating MYPINPAD with many of the world’s largest e-commerce companies and financial processors.
Colin has over 30 years’ experience in executive leadership roles within technology giants such as NCR, Intel, and Dell. For the past 13 years, Colin worked at Apple, where he most recently led the US channel retail business. Colin brings to the role a wealth of experience in retail leadership, country management, strategic planning, and the introduction of category defining technologies to markets across Europe, Asia and the US.
Currently CEO of Nok Nok Labs a leading digital security and authentication company and founding member of the FIDO alliance. Phil was co-founder and CEO of PGP Corporation until it was acquired by Symantec in 2010.
Ashley offers a wealth of corporate banking and entrepreneurial experience. Corporate banking positions have included Senior Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank, Senior Vice President at Mastercard International, and responsibility for operations and systems at The National Commercial Bank, Saudi Arabia. Since 2000, Ashley has focused on an entrepreneurial career and has been responsible for building and selling four companies namely: NETGIRO in Sweden, UCash in the UK, Virtual Fusion in the UK and Datacash, a top 50 AIM company.
A technologist, product architect and strategist with more than 20 years of the payments industry experience. Jon combines trend insight, deep technical know-how and UX design and articulates this into products and actionable strategies. Jon is active across the payments industry throughout Australasia, North America and the United Kingdom with networks into Banks, Financial Service providers and start-ups.
A senior international technology executive, with extensive PLC board level and Public Sector service. Allan has an in-depth background in licensing, corporate financing, IPO’s, M&A and managing strategic change with blue chip companies worldwide. Allan has been a driving force in the launch and commercial promotion of the solution since the company’s inception in 2012. He has a PhD in Cancer Research and completed Post Doctorial studies at Baylor College of Medicine and Oxford University.
Global Head of Mobile Solutions
An executive with 20 years at the forefront of new technology and payment processes in the UK and USA. Prior to joining the MYPINPAD team in 2013 David was Managing Director at mPOS technology company, Miura, founded to reshape electronic payments and where he oversaw the commercial success of the company for 3 years.
Head of HR
Sally has over 25 years experience of working in HR across multiple sectors including Telecoms and Finance. As a graduate in Psychology and an Executive Coach, Sally has worked with SME’s and multinational corporations. She brings a wealth of experience in partnering senior leaders and in managing projects across all organisational requirements.
Head of Legal
Kathryn joined MYPINPAD in March 2018 and holds responsibility for all legal matters affecting each of the Licentia Group Ltd group entities. Of Kathryn’s 20+ years of professional legal experience, 15 have been served in the financial services sector, specifically, in the areas of fintech, banking and professional services, with the majority of the roles held being in-house counsel leadership positions. Notably, Kathryn headed up the EMEA legal team for Omgeo Limited, a post-trade pre-settlement services provider for up to 6,500 global financial institutions and a joint venture of DTCC and Thomson Reuters. Kathryn qualified as a solicitor and barrister in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Queensland and a post graduate diploma from the College of Law, Sydney.
Head of Asia Pacific
A pioneer in the electronic finance services arena, Morten was the first to take electronic mobile payments to the Middle East and North Africa region. Prior to joining the MYPINPAD team, Morten was Director of Business Development for LUUP International Ltd., heading up the roll-out of fully integrated mobile payments solutions to banks and financial institutions across the regions. He then served as Regional Director for Asia for Global Voice, establishing key partnerships in Indonesia, India, Malaysia, the UAE and Myanmar.
Head of Product Management, Authenticator
More than 20 years of senior leadership across enterprise technology, secure communications and ecommerce; encompassing many verticals including emergency services, health care, consumer retail and financial services. Operated at C-Level across several private equity backed businesses and PLC’s; driven extensive product R&D and business growth on an international basis. Champion of customer need and service delivery.
